		<description>There needs to be more work being done on loan modifications.

Second, for homes already in foreclosure or short sale, there needs to be guidelines,  I have written offers on homes for short sales and have not heard back from lenders, Real Estate agents, it takes weeks to get answers....  I have had buyers walk away, leaving the home to remain on the market, and me with no commission for the weeks of work.  There needs to be rules for lenders to resdpond in a reasonable time.</description>
