I cannot believe that you have posted Champaign as a clean air city. I never had asthma until I moved there and was told this is common. There are small factories and farms surrounding the entire area. The land is flat so you get all the pesticide, herbicide, fertilizer drift. Not to mention that farmers sometimes do a burn on their acreage and the smoke drifts everywhere. I wonder where you got your data?
