Morning Minute: Need a new idea for marketing an old listing? Try humor

The Wall Street Journal reports on a Canadian real estate agent who is trying to drum up interest on a year-old listing by injecting a little humor into his yard signs. He adds a new rider each week, promoting the fact that it isn’t haunted or that it features indoor plumbing.  The agent says it’s getting more foot traffic and he’ll keep coming up with goofy ways to promote the listing until he gets a buyer.
