IAR Fall Conference: Thinking about the Bottom Line and the Horizon

David Zach

No matter if you’re a seasoned professional or new to real estate, you need to pay attention to both the bottom line and the horizon.

At the IAR Fall Conference & Expo next week in St. Charles, futurist David Zach will take a down-to-earth look at key strategic trends: from the rise of design to the fall of national borders, from virtual workplaces to virtually unlimited information and help REALTORS® put current trends (and fads) into context.

Zach holds a master’s degree in Studies of the Future from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and speaks on trends with innovation and design throughout North America and Europe. He is on the board of the American Institute of Architects.

Walk-in registrations welcome! IAR members, use the $10 coupon from your October Illinois REALTOR® magazine.
