Find fair market rent information with new HUD app

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has launched a new app, the PD&R FMR/IL Lookup, allowing you to access HUD’s estimates of  Fair Market Rents (FMRs) for 530 metropolitan areas and 2,045 nonmetropolitan county FMR areas.  The map-based app allows users to search FMRs and income limits by current location or by metropolitan area, county, zipcode and/or address, according to HUD’s website.
