Morning Minute: Housing affordability still high, new survey finds

Home affordability remained strong in many U.S. housing markets, according to a new Coldwell Banker survey, HousingWire reports. About 36 percent of the real estate markets they analyzed had average listing prices of less than $200,000. Read more from HousingWire.
