Morning Minute: With improving economy, Americans are on the move again

After staying put during the recession, more Americans are on the move and at the highest levels in recent years, Census data shows. While mobility is still lower than before the recession, it did edge up in 2011 with 3.9 percent of the population moving to a different county compared to 3.5 percent the two years prior.
