Morning Minute: Illinois’ good housing news and other headlines

Illinois housing market continues to rebound” was the headline from HousingWire after the Illinois Association of REALTORS® released the March Illinois home sales report on Monday. Illinois home sales rose 13.6 percent compared to a year ago and the statewide median price increased 3.6 percent.
