Morning Minute: Mortgage rates climb to highest level in a year

While still low historically, fixed mortgage rates climbed higher this week to the highest levels in a year, Freddie Mac reported today. The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage averaged 3.81 percent while the 15-year fixed-rate averaged 2.98. Read the news release.
