Morning Minute: After rising last week, mortgage interest rates dip slightly

Freddie Mac reports that mortgage rates “cooled off” a little this week, falling to an average of 4.37 percent for a 30-year, fixed rate and 3.41 percent for the 15-year, fixed. Read the full release from Freddie Mac.
