Illinois commercial REALTORS® met for an industry training session Tuesday at Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles to learn more about improvements in valuing leasehold agreements and the commercial benefits of Realtor Property Resource.

REALTOR® Chuck Wiercinski, CCIM, of McLennan Commercial/Industrial Real Estate, led a session on identifying what the cost of tenant improvements, rent abatement and rent escalation are for both tenants and landlords and how negotiations can reach a common ground.

Emily Line talks to REALTORS® about RPR Commercial.

Emily Line, director of Commercial Services, Realtors Property Resource (RPR), walked REALTORS® through an overview of RPR Commerical, which has comprehensive market data on commercial properties.
