Morning Minute: Chicago makes 2014 list of most “walkable” cities

The Windy City is also one of the most “walkable.” With a Walk Score of 75, Chicago comes in at No. 6 on Walk Score’s latest ranking of the 2014 Most Walkable U.S. Cities and Neighborhoods. What makes a city walkable? It’s having neighborhoods where schools, restaurants, entertainment and other amenities are within walking distance, a benefit that many homeowners value.
