Tornado recovery update: RASI helps storm victims

The REALTOR® Association of Southwestern Illinois is collecting supplies and money for victims of the Sunday tornadoes that ripped through New Minden.

Deb Frazier, the association executive for the REALTOR® Association of Southwestern Illinois, reports that her members are collecting supplies and money for New Minden.

The community sustained heavy damage, and there were two deaths reported.

RASI is having members bring supplies and donations to the association’s office, and it is soliciting help through the association website.

Frazier reports the association had a member office in nearby Nashville, but it escaped damage.
