Morning Minute: Poll finds Americans expect home prices to continue to rise

Americans remain confident that home prices will continue to move up in 2014 despite talk of higher interest rates and Federal Reserve changes to the stimulus program, according to a Federal Reserve survey, the Washington Post’s Wonk Blog reports.
