Morning Minute: Consumer confidence at highest level since 2008

The Consumer Confidence Index rose 4.4 points to 81.7 in March, marking the highest level since April 2008, HousingWire reports. That bodes well as the housing market heads into the spring homebuying season, the publication reported.
