Countdown to Broker Renewal Deadline: Last Chance for Broker Post License!

If you are an Illinois broker licensed between Feb.1, 2012 and Jan. 31, 2014, and you still need to complete the 30-hour Broker post-license requirements for your renewal, we have just ONE more webinar before the April 30 renewal deadline.

The Broker Post License Applied Real Estate Practices 15-hour interactive course will be offered via webinar through the IAR Licensing and Training Center on April 28 & 29, 2014. This course can be combined with the 15-hour Broker Post License Topics home study, online or classroom course to complete the 30-hour requirement.

Completion of the 30 hours through IAR, or any of its branches also qualifies you for GRI Course I credit at no extra charge. This being the 50th anniversary of the Graduate REALTOR® Institute designation program in Illinois, the event promises to be a spectacular, fun-filled learning and networking experience that you will never forget!
