Morning Minute: Kids becoming a key factor in parent’s decision to buy or sell a home

More of today’s parents are balancing their home-buying decisions on how it will affect their children, their activities and their overall well-being.

A survey by Coldwell Banker Real Estate found that Millennial and Gen X parents place greater weight on how a move could affect their child’s immediate well-being than previous generations, Daily Real Estate News reports.
